The answer to this question depends on you! Our motto is to take the stress out of HMO management, so we strive to make you do as little as possible. But it all depends on each landlords’ preferences. For example, we have some landlords who pre-approve certain budgets for repairs and prefer not to be contacted about anything below the set budget and to simply receive the rent and monthly summary online every month. We also work with landlords who prefer to be more involved when it comes to repairs, and we would communicate with them more regularly.
None of our Landlords are involved in tenant communications, complaints, tenant changeovers, certificate renewals, inspections, etc; This is all part of the service. You would be updated via a monthly report, or meeting as you wish.
